Interior design process

See how our projects are created from A to Z

01.

Meeting and completing a customer survey

The first step of our collaboration is a personal meeting or an online consultation, during which we want to get to know you, your expectations and your lifestyle as well as possible. We will discuss your ideas, inspirations and visions. To better understand your needs, we prepared a detailed survey - a key element of this phase.

Filling in the questionnaire allows us to gather valuable information about aesthetic preferences, the functionality of the space, colours, materials, as well as the budget and timetable for the project.

After the meeting and analysis of the survey, we have a clear picture of your expectations and style. This allows us to proceed with creating unique design solutions that are perfectly suited to your life and space.

Your interior begins here - with a conversation about what is important to you
02.

Inventory

The second stage of our collaboration is the inventory - a key moment when we collect detailed data about the space we will be designing. We carefully check and document all technical aspects on siteto come up with solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also fully functional.

Measurement: We precisely measure every metre of space, including the height of the rooms, the dimensions of windows, doors and walls.

Photos: we take a series of photographs to help us capture the character of the site and the condition of each element.

Analysis of existing conditions: We check installations, lighting, room layout and other relevant technical details.

A reliable inventory avoids inaccuracies and surprises at subsequent stages, ensuring that the design is perfectly matched to the actual space.

After this stage, we have a set of technical data that will serve as a basis for creating plans and visualisations. This ensures that each of our solutions is well thought out and achievable in practice.
03.

Creating a functional layout

At this stage we begin to translate your needs and preferences into specific space plan. We create a functional layout that reflects both aesthetics and practicality.

Wall layout: we work on any changes to the layout of the walls (if planned) to make the best use of the available space and adapt it to your lifestyle.

Furniture layout: We create a functional arrangement of furniture that ensures everyday comfort and ergonomics. We make sure that every element finds its ideal place.

Suggestions for different versions: We prepare several layout options so that you can choose the solution that best suits your expectations and taste.

The finished plans showing the division of the space and the layout of the furniture become the foundation for further design activities. This is where your space begins to take shape.
04.

Electrical and plumbing design

At this stage detailed designs of electrical and plumbing installationswhich will ensure that your interior functions smoothly on a day-to-day basis. We make sure that all installations are not only up to standard, but above all meet your needs.

Electrical installation project: arrangement of sockets, switches and lighting.

Plumbing design: the layout of connections in the kitchen, bathroom and other areas requiring access to water; matching the installation to the layout of appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, washbasins or showers; attention to ergonomics and the possibility of trouble-free maintenance of the installation.

The functionality of an interior starts with the invisible but key elements. Precisely designed installations avoid costly alterations and ensure comfortable, safe use of the space.

The correct positioning of electrical and plumbing points also affects the final appearance and practicality of the interior.
05.

Creation of visualisations

At this stage, we prepare photorealistic visualisations that will allow you to see what your future interior will look like even before work begins. They allow you to feel the atmosphere of the designed space and make sure that every detail meets your expectations.

Project details: realistic reproduction of colours, textures, lighting and layout of furniture and decorations.

Views of space: different perspectives, such as shots of entire rooms, close-ups on details or arrangements of individual zones.

Interior climate: presentation of the play of light, shadow and accents that underline the character of the project.

Interior climate: presentation of the play of light, shadow and accents that underline the character of the project.

Visualisations allow you to see the effects even before they are realised. They allow you to assess the layout, aesthetics and functionality of the space and make any adjustments to make the end result perfect.

Photorealistic visualisations become the materialisation of your dreams - so that you know what to expect and are confident that the the design is fully tailored to your needs and taste.

This is the moment when visions become reality - first in images and soon in your new interior!
06.

Production of execution drawings

Precise guidelines for project implementation.

Once the visualisation was approved, it was time to create detailed execution drawingswhich will form the basis for the realisation of your interior. This is the stage when the design is translated into concrete technical documentation that will guide the construction, installation and finishing teams.

2D wall views with dimensions: show every detail of the space in a flat view, indicating the exact dimensions, location of doors, windows, sockets and other structural elements.

Tile layout: drawings of the type and size of the tiles, how they are to be laid (e.g. rectangular, interlocking, herringbone), and an indication of the areas in which the different types of tiles will be used, as well as the installation of the tiles in sensitive areas (e.g. corners, transitions, floors and walls).

Ceiling layout: details of the layout and construction of the ceilings, including the gypsum board and decorative elements.

Floor layout: The exact layout of the flooring in all rooms, taking into account the type of material, patterns and shape of tiles, panels or wood. Determination of the flooring installation technique, taking into account how it will fit with doors, walls and any other finishes, such as stairs or entrances.

The execution documentation in the form of drawings shows construction and material details, which are necessary to carry out the building, installation and finishing works. It contains information on every aspect of the designed interior.

07.

Creation of drawings for customised furniture

This stage will allow Perfect fit of the furniture to the interior. We prepare bespoke furniture drawings that accurately represent each piece of furniture, ensuring a perfect fit to the size and specifics of your rooms.

Exact furniture dimensions: precise drawings showing the dimensions of the various pieces of furniture, taking into account their width, height, depth and layout of shelves, drawers and other components.

Construction details: a description of the construction of the furniture, the materials to be used and the mechanisms employed, such as hinges, runners or locking systems.

2D and 3D views: representation of the furniture in different views - from the side, top, front, 3D, which show the final appearance of the furniture in space.

Individual details: any additional elements, such as LED lighting in furniture, glazing, special handles or decorative elements.

Precise drawings of customised furniture provide complete instructions for joiners and furniture manufacturers, ensuring that...

Each element will be made according to the design.
08.

Shopping list with cost estimates

The final stage of our collaboration is the preparation of a detailed shopping list that includes all the materials, furniture, lighting and accessories that will be used in your project. It will not only save you time searching for products, but will also give you a complete overview of your expenditure, allowing you to budget better.

Products to buy: a detailed list of items that will be needed for the project, including furniture, finishing materials (e.g. wallpaper, paint, tiles), lighting, decoration and other accessories.

Product links: clickable links that go directly to the shops' or suppliers' websites for easy purchase of each item listed.

Product prices: the exact prices of the individual products, which are the basis for calculating the total costs of the project.

Product images: illustrations or photos of the individual products, so that you can immediately see what they look like in real life and be sure that they match your interior vision.

Summary of costs: a complete breakdown of product costs, with the ability to track expenditure at each stage of the purchase. This is a key element in ensuring a smooth project process.

By detailing costs and including direct links to purchases you have full control over your budget, which helps you avoid unexpected expenses.

It is also a convenient way to quick and convenient acquisition of all componentswithout having to visit many shops.
